Meet your founder

Hi, I’m Madison—the founder of The Waiting Room.

The Waiting Room was created during a season of my life that felt incredibly isolating.

Like so many women navigating IVF and infertility, I found myself living in the in-between—between appointments, updates, hope, and heartbreak. It’s a space that’s hard to explain unless you’ve been in it, and even with support, it can still feel incredibly lonely.

I didn’t know anyone in my day-to-day life going through the same experience. I craved connection with women who just got it—who understood the language, the emotions, and the weight of it all without needing an explanation.

So I created what I couldn’t find.

What started as a small local meetup has grown into a community of women showing up for each other in cities across the country—creating connection, support, and space to just be.
